1. Scope of WorkThe Client agrees to provide the Artist with specific details to aid in the creation of the Client’s vision, per design. Eg. Colors, subject, theme, etc.The Artist agrees to provide the Client with 4 designs aligning with the Client’s vision, subject to the Client’s approval.Project scheduling, delays and updates will be communicated promptly via email or other open line of communication.2. CompensationThe Client agrees to pay the Artist the price listed in the invoice accompanied by this agreement.The deposit, equal to 50% of the total price, is due at time of signing, while the final payment, equal to 50% of the total price, is due prior to final file delivery.3. RevisionsThe Artist agrees to provide 2,non-transferrable revisions per design. Additional revisions may be purchased for their listed cost, viewable in the FAQ section on this page: https://breadbeard.xyz/#customstickersCosts for additional revisions will be added to the final payment.4. License & Usage RightsThe Artist grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license.Under this license, the Client is allowed to sell and distribute physical products that feature purchased designs. e.g. Sticker Sheets. The Client is not allowed to sell and distribute the purchased digital design files.The Artist retains the right to use all designs for their own promotional purposes, including but not limited to their portfolio.5.
